Terms and Conditions<\/h1>\n

I. General Provisions<\/h2>\n
    \n
  1. These Terms and Conditions serve as a contractual template for reservations and define the rights and obligations of the Property and the Client.<\/li>\n
  2. To make a reservation, the Client must complete the form, read and accept the Terms and Conditions, and make a payment.<\/li>\n
  3. The Client makes the reservation voluntarily. The Property does not charge a reservation fee.<\/li>\n
  4. The Terms and Conditions apply to reservations made from March 25, 2025.<\/li>\n
  5. The following terms used herein shall have the meanings defined below:<\/li>\n
  6. Client \u2013 a natural person over 18 years of age with full legal capacity (consumer), or, in the case of a business reservation, a person acting on behalf of and for a legal entity or organization granted legal capacity by law (non-consumer);<\/li>\n
  7. Owner \u2013 Wojciech Pydynkowski DENISE – Rzepakowa 8, 13-200 Dzia\u0142dowo, Tax ID: 5711654069;<\/li>\n
  8. Property \u2013 Rumiane Chatki – Rybno Kolonia 75, 77, 13-220 Rybno, Tax ID: 5711654069;<\/li>\n
  9. Online Payments \u2013 online payment methods made available to the Client by the Property during the reservation process.<\/li>\n
  10. Terms and Conditions \u2013 these Terms and Conditions.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    II. Online Reservation Process<\/h2>\n

    Reservation via the reservation system proceeds as follows:<\/p>\n

      \n
    1. The Client can choose from available Packages and standard accommodation listed in the reservation panel.<\/li>\n
    2. After reviewing the content and price of the Package, the Client may select the preferred room and stay options.<\/li>\n
    3. After choosing an Offer, the Client proceeds to a form where they enter personal details and comments.<\/li>\n
    4. After entering the data, the Client can make a deposit payment using one of the following methods:\n
        \n
      • credit card<\/li>\n
      • electronic bank transfer<\/li>\n
      • standard bank transfer<\/li>\n
      • payment upon arrival at the Palace<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        (*Credit card and e-transfer transactions are processed via Przelewy24.*)<\/em><\/li>\n

      • If one of the first two options is selected, the Client is redirected to the Przelewy24 Payment System. Data is authorized via a secure 128-bit encrypted protocol. After payment is confirmed by Przelewy24, the Client receives an email confirming the payment and reservation, which includes: client data, hotel name, offer description, total stay price, deposit amount, and the remaining amount due. The remaining balance is paid at the hotel. This email must be shown at the reception.<\/li>\n
      • If the Client selects the third option (bank transfer or pay later), a Preliminary Reservation confirmation is sent by email. This will be finalized after a deposit is paid via bank transfer or online. The Preliminary Reservation is held for 48 hours and may be cancelled if no deposit is received. Once the deposit is paid, the Client receives an email confirmation to present at reception.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
        \n

        III. Reservations on Request<\/h2>\n

        If the room is not available online, the Client may be offered a room On Request. After submitting the form, the Client receives an email confirming availability and payment instructions. A deposit may be paid via credit card, electronic or standard bank transfer. The reservation is confirmed upon receipt of the deposit. The confirmation email must be presented at reception.<\/p>\n

        \n

        IV. Fees and Reservation Cancellation<\/h2>\n
          \n
        1. The Client pays the calculated Deposit using one of the available methods; the remaining amount is paid upon arrival.<\/li>\n
        2. If the reservation is cancelled less than 14 days before arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.<\/li>\n
        3. The Client incurs no additional transaction fees for making the reservation.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
          \n

          V. Final Provisions<\/h2>\n
            \n
          1. The Client is responsible for correctly completing the reservation form. The Hotel is not liable for incorrect dates or data entered.<\/li>\n
          2. Przelewy24.pl is responsible for handling reservation payments properly.<\/li>\n
          3. The Hotel and the online reservation service provider are not liable for system unavailability beyond their control.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
            \n

            VI. Complaints<\/h2>\n
              \n
            1. The Client has the right to file a complaint regarding the reservation, payment, or stay. Complaints can be submitted via email to kontakt@rumianechatki.pl or by post to the Property’s address.<\/li>\n
            2. Complaints will be reviewed within 14 working days. Please include reservation details and the subject of the complaint.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
              \n

              VII. Personal Data<\/h2>\n
                \n
              1. By making a reservation, the Client consents to their data being stored in the system’s database. Data is used for the reservation process and marketing purposes under the Data Protection Act of April 27, 2016.<\/li>\n
              2. In accordance with the GDPR of April 27, 2016 (EU Journal L 119 of 04.05.2016), the Hotel is the data controller.<\/li>\n
              3. Data recipients will only be entities legally authorized to access such data.<\/li>\n
              4. The Hotel and data processors are obliged to maintain the confidentiality of all information obtained for the reservation service.<\/li>\n
              5. The Client has the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or transfer their data.<\/li>\n
              6. Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary to complete the reservation.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
                \n

                VIII. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions<\/h2>\n

                Selecting the option \u201cI have read and accept the Terms and Conditions\u201d signifies that the Client understands and agrees to the terms.
